We often get asked which oysters are best for a tasting- so we put together this sampler! These three varieties work well together, and provide enough variety for you to get a feel for the wide range of tastes that oysters can provide.

This sampler pack includes:

• 1 dozen Kumamotos
  • Our most popular oyster, Kumos come from Washington State, and are creamy with a cucumber/melon finish
• 1 dozen Wellfleets
  • Salty without being overwhelming – a classic example of a Cape Cod oyster.
• 1 dozen Malpeques
  • A delicious example of PEI oysters with a briny start, a crisp finish and a firm texture
