For Seafood Products

Please examine your order upon receipt and inform us immediately of any issues with quality or the quantities provided.

Seafood is very perishable and therefore care should be taken to maintain products in optimal conditions. We have provided safe handling guidelines (link) to ensure your product stays fresh. Where necessary, orders will be packed with gel packs or ice to keep the product chilled in the current weather conditions. As soon as possible, you should unpack the product and store it in the refrigerator or freezer, where appropriate. Products that are spoiled due to customer mishandling are not eligible for exchanges or credits.

If there are any quality defects in the product after pick up, please tell us within 24 hours. We may request that you take photos of the product and email them to us. We are not responsible for any normal variations in product weight, size and yield. If the product is spoiled or defective, we may provide replacement product or a full or partial credit against the order invoice at our discretion. We will not accept returns or provide replacements or credits for any other reason.

For Nonperishable Merchandise

All sales for nonperishable merchandise (kitchenware, paper goods, etc) are final. If we have shipped the wrong item or size to you, you can send it back to us in like-new condition and we will replace it with the right item.
